Old School Traditional Italian Corsi Photos

So...IMO if you don't know where the breed has been, and you breed Italian Mastiffs how can you know where it should go? Of particular note are the long legs, the head shape, the long torso, the cropped ears, what you cannot see is the stamina these WORKING dogs had, and the healthy bloodstock developed over hundreds of years of selective breeding. 

When I say old world bloodstock meets the 21st Century I mean my breeding program emphasis is on Healthy dogs, Strong protective and prey drives, Long legs and torso's, Stamina, Proper head, Muscular, but can move well. Size is my last addition to the equation. In fact I breed for black color before size. Size put before the other things is a road paved with disappointments and heartache for the client.

LaDonna Luxor "Lux" daughter of Hemi Cuda and AKC CH Destro Res Landes She is long, tall and moves with grace and speed. weight 101.4 at exactly 1 yr old. She is hell on wheels, relentless by nature.

Belladonna on left Daughter of Pepper and Bluesteel Diego, and Luxor on right. Bella weight 96.6 at one yr old. Both are all solid black, both are very protective of my property without coaxing, both live to please their master, both have stamina, are quick , long torso's and tall for females. Bella is the smarter, and a slight bit quicker, Lux has the edge on pure Corso drive. Both are loving and crave their masters attention.

Graban's Dad is a Bulgarian Grand Champion with Champions going back further. He is a tall 28" and a stocky built example.  Very excited about this AKC upcoming litter. Hemi is one of my best foundation Dames and she has Old World Corso inside and out. She also has top lauded American Pedigree second to none! She is thick, can move, never lame a day in her life, Alpha + personality yet a velcro affection mooch to me. She is well muscled, big boned yet moves with alacrity, and has stamina to spare. She is running about 130 lbs normal everyday weight. She is also a doting mom and throws big litters. Graban was recently imported from Serbia and his pedigree is impeccable. A few limited reservations for this breeding pairs pups may be had. Pups should be ready to home end of Oct 2022.

Storm is a thick, low slung female with a velco nature and a heart of gold in the house, outside she is hell on wheels to intruders of any leg count. Introducing Warhammer's SON of SUNS "Sonny" Pictured at 7 months old

 SONNY is from the 2nd breeding of AMERICANA'S Hemi Cuda, this time with BROWN CANE CORSO'S Undefeated AKC Champion Destro Res Landes, a Ukrainian Import. Sonny has huge potential, he is super long torso'd, tall, with good bone and muscle AND the primitive old world drive of Americana's Hemi Cuda. A superior watch dog already, he shows quickness and fluid, efficient movement unusual for a boy his size.  His velcro nature in the house is much appreciated too.  He is coarse coated and a solid double BLACK, meaning undercoat is black too. He has that wiry hair on his back top quarters which I relish in my Corso's. At 7 months he weighed 107 lbs and stood 25" at the shoulder. He is showing a lot of promise towards being a future Stud Dog for Warhammer. UPDATE at 8 months he gained an inch at withers to 26" and clocked in at 118. So this boy is growthy! Still no fat on this boy, just bone and lean well placed muscle. Sonny will turn 1 yr old on June 23rd 2022. UPDATE: 10 month weight 127 lbs and he has gained another inch in height at the withers to 27". He has been off food much of the last week as a female Storm is in heat and he has little appetite, so his weight is less than normal at 127!
